Refund Policy

At Sirat Ad-Deen, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, miswak sticks and opened incense products cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for sizing issues on clothing items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
